I agree with almost all previous comments.
Looking at your road photos KS and Milan SL are probably out of the picture. Both are for asphalt with no bumps. You need something more sturdy of what you want to ride on gravel. Maybe a Milan GT or a QV? QV is high, GT can be raised higher and both are pretty stable with loads of space.
People say DF is good too, but I prefer to avoid gravel with mine. No way, I would rode where you plan to.
Considering your budget, perhaps used to be carbon with strong (marathon?) Tires would work too. It's not mentioned, but rarely Go One Evo 3 is available on the market. That is high, but might have problems with fogging.
I tested the WAW and found it less fun. It felt heavy and hard to ride somehow.
Anyway, if you visit Vienna, you can test a Ks, a DF XL and possibly a Milan SL too. Brno is not far from here where you can try all WAW models.
