(Also eigentlich wars meine erste Vermutung, dachte dann aber, dass 24" als Laufradgröße eher ungewöhnlich ist)

Nein, @bergsprint das ist der neue Prototyp mit dem geschweißten Antriebsstrang, einer neuen Hinterachse und vereinfachter Sitzkonstruktion.

I would like to share with you (in English, I'm sorry, I'm French and my German is too poor !) the feedback of the Mosquito I ordered to Nicolas Chambon in 2022.

From the order of an upmarket made-to-measure trike to the delivery of an unfinished prototype.
After two returns to the constructor because of major dysfunction, my trike still doesn’t work properly. Nicolas Chambon is now asking me some more money to deal with the remaining problems. Considering having no guarantee of any result, and having lost enough money (7000€ adding supplies, work by M. Chambon and delivery charges), enough time (1000 hours of personal work on the shell), and enough energy with this project, I decide to keep the trike as it is.
I also managed to contact a previous customer who told me that he had a very similar experience with his mosquito purchase a few years ago. If this person had made it public, I would (maybe) have decided not to order a mosquito to M. Chambon. This is why I wish to share today my disillusion with the mosquito community !
On the photos you can see the trike and details of the remaining problems :
- the rear left wheel can't turn because the screw that holds the disc break is touching the aluminium part that hold the wheel (wheel removed, you can see the line it left on it)
- the derailleur, which is totally customed, damages the bambou frame when functionning
Not knowing if I will ever be able to make the trike work properly, I know decide to stop working on the shell and to give up the project. There are also a lot of problems to be solved on the shell, but this is another story... I am aware that this was a looser-looser deal for me as for M. Chambon. Yet, our responsibilities for this unfortunate experience are very different : as a professional paid for conception and realisation of the engine, who had already failed to built a previous trike, he started the whole process fully knowing his skill limits. I bitterly regret to have trusted him.

I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate experience. I can only wonder about the problems u describe. That downward extension around the derailleur, i just do not understand. I can see it perhaps does something to link both both parts of the frontwheel supportstructure. But why then is it not there on the other side, and why not put it up high on the upper side out of the way of moving parts?
With the rear brake and axle screw i can't see the problem as the offending parts are not in the picture.
When i started on the uncertain path building my own wooden Velomobile, the posibility of failing to reach my goal, was always on my mind. I somehow managed to build a working one, but was not certain my skills would be good enough. But i knew that if i did fail, i would have to blame myself. It can be a bitter situation to start a project with two people, and then have it end this way.
Perhaps there are people to be found here or on the french forum, who can help or advise you. I would not give up yet.

Ist das obere Mosquito eigentlich das selbe wie das untere, nur das Vorderteil verändert? Oder nochmal komplett neu gebaut? Und ist das immer noch 24" Vorderrad?

1. Das Mosquito hat zwar Neigetechnik, aber nur am Vorderrad. Hier eine Variante bei der sich auch die Hinterräder mit (zwangs-)neigen:
2. Beim Mosquito wird der Schwerpunkt, also der Fahrer in der Kurve nach außen verschoben, statt nach innen, wo er eigentlich hin sollte. Hier eine (theoretische) Lösung, bei der der Fahrer zum Kurveninneren verschoben wird:
Mich würde interessieren, was ihr davon haltet.

ich erinnere ganz dunkel, dass im französischen Forum sowas Thema war, also Neigung der Hinterräder. Auf den letzten 18 Seiten hab ich hier nix gefunden...

Du meinst, weil es einen negativen Nachlauf hat - oder? Das ließe sich vielleicht noch korrigieren, wenn man das ganze Lenkgestänge etwas höher bauen und steiler stellen würde. Vielleicht.
Du meinst vermutlich die Variante № 1 - oder?. Ja - das hab ich mir auch gedacht. Im Stand, fällt es warscheinlich um. Das ist vielleicht auch der Grund warum´s im Video nicht auf den Rädern steht, sondern auf der Achse aufliegt.
Kann leider kein Französisch. Aber der Google translator kann´s zumindest ein bisschen...
