Can you give a link to the specific alarm model and let us know how easy it was to fit? I have been thinking about something similar but couldn’t find anything suitable.I've recently fitted an alarm to my Quattrovelo; very effective :

I haven’t been out in the QV for long enough yet; will update this forum on it’s performance.
The installation wasn’t too difficult; the main issue is ensuring one is soldering (I soldered) or splicing into the correct indicator wires thus one has to remove the insulation; it’s fiddly. if you’re not bothered about wiring to the indicators the alarm will work just by connecting to the power cables.let us know how easy it was to fit
Do you know the weight? The link is in the YouTube description:
Unfortunately not , I didn't weigh it and I'm not going to disassemble it now . Don't worry I'll find out for youDo you know the weight?
287grams for the alarm and microwave sensor including wiring (you don't need all the wire, just the red/black and two yellow wires for the indicators).Do you know the weight?
Thank you for all the info on your bike alarm!
Does it work with less than 12V? I couldn't find any data sheet.
Thanks,
Martin
