In der „EU-Commission’s Roadmap for an EU Strategy for Sustainable and Smart Mobility“ kommen leider weder Fahrräder noch Velomobile als Teil einer nachhaltigen intelligenten Mobilität vor.
Was kann man tun?
 
Der HPV ist ja Mitglied im ECF um die Belange von Spezialrädern auch auf europäischer Ebene zu verbreiten, da frage ich mal an, ob was geplant ist...

Vermutlich kommen wegen dem "Smart Mobility" keine HPVs (oder sonstige saubere Mobilitätskonzepte) vor, weil die nicht miteinander vernetzt sind oder per App gesteuert werden können.

Was 200 Jahre alt ist kann gar nicht smart und hipp sein.
Dabei hatte der Drais eine gute Vorlage nach dem Jahr ohne Sommer wo man die Pferde gegessen statt geritten hat. Hielt halt nicht lang an.
Jetzt wär wieder ein guter Anlass zur Human Powered Mobilitätswende. Zwar essen wir keine Autos, ...

Smart mobility means the vehicle has all the intelligence/most of the intelligence not the driver, so bikes, trikes and velomobiles don't qualify because the driver is definitely more intelligent than the vehicle... :rolleyes:

Sustainable means "we need to find a way to turn coal into clean fuel for cars" :p

Erschreckend, falls das bei Autos und Autofahrern anders sein sollte :-(

(Ja, ich arbeite an der intelligenten Baumaschine. Aber intelligenter als ein Baugeräteführer? Puh das schaffen wir nicht. Das Ziel ist doch den Fahrer von "dummen Routineaufgaben" zu entlasten, damit der Kopf für wichtigeres frei ist.)

Like texting on their cell phone? What is more important when you are driving than paying attention to others around you so that you don't hurt or kill them? "Passive" security kills more pedestrians and cyclists than intelligent wide awake drivers (who might also be respecting the road code). By removing responsibility from the driver and giving it to the car you are not solving any problems just creating new ones - blue screen of death on a car computer takes on a whole new literal meaning...

1. Cell phone use is banned but as a pedestrian and cyclist one knows the ban is never respected - a "smart" car would jam the drivers cell phone while the motor is running
2. in most cities the speed limit is between 30 and 50, a "smart" car would limit the motor to 60 km/h (the famous "I need more speed to pass" request is respected) once in GPS defined areas
3. your item goes here...

Because we can't trust car drivers to respect the law. Any of them. Ever...
 
The TU-Delft, TU-Eindhoven and the ostfalia university are working (seperatly) on “Smart” tech for Bikes and/or Velomobils.

Geofencing maximum speed for Cars is smart, but this is not what they will support, i suppose.

If fifty percent of all car trips in the EU are less than 5 km and 30 percent even less than 3 km it is not smart to focus to a very large extent on alternative fuels and on charging infrastructure, in other words on cars...
...as the Commission still does.
 
Es gibt doch ein paar pro Fahrrad Feedbacks inklusive ECF. Gar keine schlechte Quote.
Von privaten Beiträgen halte ich jetzt nicht viel. Man sollte schon eine Organisation mit vielen Mitgliedern vertreten.
Was noch fehlt ist die Forderung die Subvention des MIV zu stoppen. Hat sich da keiner rangetraut?
