Place to sleep in Berlin

Next week I'll ride to Berlin on my Nazca Gaucho. Plan is to stay there from 15-17 July and do some sightseeing. I have my tent for during the tour, but I'd like an affordable room/hotel/B&B for those days in Berlin. Just a quiet place to sleep and to park my bike.
Does anyone have any tips? I'll take a train back home the 17th.
