Lupine stecker

Ein freund von mir in US hat gerade sein neue Snoek abgeholt mit ein Grau Lupine stecker, er braucht ein verbindung zum 5,5x2,1 stecker. Frage: ist die Lupine Stecker:Buchse die gleichen grosse als XT30/60/90?

Hier ein Vergleich zwischen Lupine Stecker (rechts = der Stecker vom Ladegerät), Lupine Buchse (Mitte = Buchse vom Akku) und einem XT60 Stecker (gelb, links) von einem Modellbau - Akku. Die passen nicht zusammen:

Does the Snoek have a Lupine 14.4V or the 7.2V battery? Simpliest (but not the cheapest solution): buy two extension cords (one lupine, one for DC5521) cut them in the middle and connect them. Sources in the US for good cables: lupinenorthamerica.com has extensions for 7.2 V and for 14.4V, at Outboundlighting you get DC5521 cords .

this one is a 14.4V female plug (for the Lupine Alpha System), and it accepts either a Lupine 14.4V male or a Lupine 7.2V male plugs. With the latter, the connection is not super tight, which might be an advantage, as those molex plugs are especially in cold weather a pain to disconnect. (Note: a Lupine 14.4V male plug only accepts a 14.4V female plug, 7.2V female plugs only fit with force).
>Male< and >female< is used with respect to the metal pins/contacts.

The Lupine 7.2V plugs are Molex 1625 series, available at Mouser in black and white (havent found yet the 14.4V version). But one needs suitable crimping tools (expensive) for the pins.
Easiest solution as said: He should buy two extension cables, cut them in halves and solder them together

Die Crimp-Zange Molex 63811-1000 ist "gerade noch so eingermassen" zahlbar Nicht sonderlich praktisch aber für einzelne Umbauten erträglich.
Hilfreich ist das Extraction und Insertion Tool Molex 1103-0002. Dann kann man die Steckergehäuse weiter verwenden.
Man muss ein bisschen Suchen bis man einen Shop findet der auch an Private liefert.

Ich denke ich soll ihm vorschlagen ein verlangerungs kabel zu kaufen dann ein xt60 block an zu löten danach xt-5,5x2,1 stecker. Dann hat er beide velo‘s mit die gleichen anschluss.

Stecker ein unendlicher Wahnsinn, wo jeder Hersteller versucht Patentgebühren zu umgehen und was neues erfindet Bei unter 6A geht nix über M8 und M12 Hartingrundstecker mit IP68 wie sie in der Industrie Standart bei Sensorik sind.

Also wenn ich eh an den Stecker muss dann flöge der Lupineschrott raus.

Die Rundstecker ø5.5xø2.1 sind verbreitet, günstig, zuverlässig, langlebig und einhändig (blind) steckbar. Enerprof macht die Buchse an den Akku und den Stecker ans Ladegerät, falls es einen Anhaltspunkt bedarf. Idealerweise hat man auch zwei Anschlüsse. Einen zum Laden (Ladegerät) und einen zum Entladen (VM). Diese ständige Abstecken zum Laden ist eh nur was für Masochisten.

M5/M8/M12 ist eher was für dauerhafte Verbindungen. Die magst nicht täglich stecken. Und billig ist auch anders.

Er hat jetzt ein Lupine stecker mit 5,5x2,1 adapter jetzt kann er sein akkus direkt in box (5,5) stecken ohne das zu suchen.
