What do you guys actually do to avoid getting overheated during a homeworkout? I only have the exercise bikes at the gym now and usually take a fan with me. But even a gentle 1 hour-long endurance workout at 140 watts gives me a (small) headache. The best thing is the Snoek of course, but after work when it's dark outside there is no reason to be outside. Maybe I need a huge fan?
