We are lucky here, we don't have many cycle paths so cargo bikes are mostly seen on the road.
In my immediate neighbourhood recently there is a Bosch powered bakfiets with a weather proof box cover and the couple always seem to be driving at the limit of the e-assist except downhill where I guess they get up to 35-40 km/h but that is on the street. Cars stay out of their way, probably because they think there might be babies in the box... What is the braking power of a 20" Big Apple tyre? The front disk brake is huge compared to the 20" rim.
The main problems on the one cycle path are phone zombies who cross without looking, dogs on very long roller leashes (please ban those...) and tourists who can't distinguish between a cycle path and the footpath next to it. So I never drive much over 15-20 km/h there which annoys me a lot because it one of the rare places the town is flat...
