2 wheel trailer for touring?

I am
thinking to buy 2 wheel trailer for touring.
I have Pioneer tourer and already toured with 2 Ortlieb panniers, more than once. It went well but there wasn't enough space for blanket/duvet, light but bulky stuff.
I was thinking to buy Burley Flatbed(7kg, 280e) or Nomad(7kg, 340e, thin bottom material).
Flatbed looks sturdier and would buy that one.
So is it easier to travel with trailer compared to panniers?
What are advantages and what are minuses?
And can a trailer bent a quick release or bent any of wheel parts because of torque only on one side and on very small area? Or the bent frame?
I plan to travel with 10-(15kg!) max.

Hi Ivan,
if the blanket/duvet is the only reason fot the trailer:
Are you aware that the volume can be reduced with a compression bag?

No I wasn't aware of those, thanks. Will look at them.
Other reasons are just to have more space for things when on road.
It seems easier to reach in trailer than to dig through tightly packed pannier.
Maybe I also want something new to try but won't buy just because of feeling the need.
On my last trip I didn't have space in bags for cooker, and other smaller or bigger items that I would make trip more cossy.

Please what is a backroller?
I have two Ortliebs, but they don't have enough space for all gear..so I assumed that trailer will help.

Ich denke @Krischan meinte Seitentaschen plus Rack Pack? Das ist eine zusätzliche Tasche im Format einer klassischen Reisetasche, die dann quer über den Gepäckträger gelegt wird.

Eine andere Option wären vielleicht auch noch die Front Roller, also Taschen für einen zusätzlichen Front-Gepäckträger.

Ich würde bei 10-15kg Gepäck auch niemals 7kg Anhänger extra hinterherziehen. Das steht doch in keinem Verhältnis. Zusätzlich der Rollwiderstand..

Schau am besten mal auf der Ortlieb-Website. Dort kann man fast alle Optionen finden.

Trailer wurde ich auch vermeiden. Auch wenn nichts drin ist, wiegt es 7 kilo, das merkt mann.

Was mann dann noch machen muss ist das verbinden von die angenahte Schlaufen von der linke und rechte Tasche. Das geht mit ein Seilchen, ein Band. Eine Tasche links vom Sitz, der andere rechts, und fertig. Moglich muss noch was gebastelt werden um die Tasche vom Kette weg zu halten, die obere verbindung zwischen die beide Taschen auch hinter denn Sitz langs, kann helfen die Tasche oben zu halten.

Die Taschen sind lang und eng, etwa 12,5 liter stuck. Etwa so viel wie normale vordertaschen, nur eine etwas langere schlankere Form.
