This could be a scam. When getting paid by paypal, always be sure that you sent the items to the paypal adress.
Otherwise the buyer could simply open a paypal dispute saying the item was never received and will refunded by paypal for 100% because the item was sent to another adress then corresponding with the adress known by paypal.

Unless, you as seller receive the payment as friend/family/gift.

Aware is necessary here, especially with new users.
