Tune quickrelease problem

After taking my rear Tune QR off the handle won't turn when I try to put it back on.
Feels like it rubs too hard against the axle. Throw it away and buy a new or is there a fix?
I've had it for 4 years and never had this problem before.

Is Tune still in business btw? All the pics are missing on their webpage.

If you can't disassemble the little Fucker, write a mail to tune. Maybe they'll repair or exchange it. If they don't, send it to me, i'm searching for a lightweight quickrelease and am pretty sure i can fix it.
